Nursery!? Whoa.
Here are some pictures of the (almost) finished nursery.
Outside that window is the balcony which is lovely. That will get it's own unveiling once it gets pretty outside.
On your way down the stairs.
This is the backside of the wallpaper wall for those of you who remember.
These windows open to the main body of the house.
Just like all the baby books recommend: "place the crib near a potentially perilous drop". I guess I need to put a lock on here.
Ooh..and here is the occupant - Junia Thompson Allan - born February 13th, 2009.
I assume she'll grow into that crib.
Welcome little one.
and naturally Butters likes it too.

Fabulous!
And I can't believe SarahT has a cat that is allowed to sleep on the baby's changing hoozit.

Can't wait to see the baby and the nursery!
Welcome to parenting! She is beautiful! What is the story behind her name?
the house & nursery is also beautiful... I can't remember when my children's rooms were that uncluttered. then again, we have four boys so they are a little harder to keep up with.
So excited for you Sarah! --chris f
I wouldn't worry about the window or the balcony that much, guys. I'm sure Junia will be joining butters in climbing the rafters of your great place.

Love her already!
Love her already!
Your nursery is gorgeous. I love the color. Would you mind if I include it in the gallery on my website?
I would love for my readers to see it.
Please let me know. I would really appreciate it.
No fair that a little baby has a room so much nicer than mine.
But I suppose she is infinitely cuter than I am.
Congratulations!
Drew/Sarah that little girl is beautiful (the room is pretty special as well, but pales by comparison). Gab and I are super happy for you. Enjoy all of these moments... get some sleep, hold her tight!
It looks great! And little Junia is so cute! Congrats!

What a little pumpkin!
I remember seeing your blog ways back and lost track of it, glad I caught back up, what a transformation.
You guys must be proud enough to explode right about now. And you have every right to be!
I love the thoughtfully placed bench against the nursery window. The cutout design on the back of the bench really delights. Where did you find that?
