I took my sandblasted frames...


...over the bridge to Old Kentuck...


...where this man, Leonard, covered them with charged paint powder and baked them...


...I brought them back over to the Buckeye State...


...laid them on the floor to examine them all...


...picked up the glass...


...(note: We decided to go with single panes rather than insulated units. Our efficiency will come from high quality interior storm windows)...


...knocked out the old rusty, broken, 1934 frames...


...and put it all together with help from Chris.
